wait you’re eleven? :open_mouth:

11th grade yes, if that is what you are asking.

Essentially perfect GPA and SAT Scores, and good extracurriculars from what I can tell. You have about as good of a shot as you can get for these schools with your near perfect stats.

I think whats holding you back is your extra curricular as they’re a bit bland, and lacking major awards. Like the first 3 awards you put are personally bs and hold no weight.

I think all three are matches. Your EC’s are not spectacular, but they are still good, and your academics more than make up for your still-not-bad EC’s.

Chance back

Rurouni, to make up for the bland EC’s, do you think starting my own club or business will help me round them out? Do you have any suggestions?

No Ivy can be considered a match.

@OP since your a junior starting a club right now is irrevelant cuz its kinda obvious its for colleges. i recommend win some competitions in your interests, and do a big internship over the summer

Hi! I’m going to be a freshman at UPenn in the Fall. I can tell you that your scores and academics look pretty good. It would be helpful to see which classes you took (not just the GPA), but just by looking at the # of AP scores, I’m sure your schedule was rigorous.
Your EC’s are a bit bland, and if you want to get an idea of the kind of activities I had under my belt, message me. I wouldn’t start anything new, but simply spice up the things you’re already involved in. The only thing that really caught my eye was Editor-in-Chief, so play around with it and see what you can do with it!
I’m sure you’ve heard this before, but the WHY Penn and your common app essay are also of the utmost importance.
If you have any questions, let me know! I’m here to help.

I forgot to include that I am the VP of Future Business Leaders of America I won a regional competition for it, and attended the 2013 FBLA State Leadership Conference @noel597 @Rurouni

and also I’m in Model UN and DECA which is another business/marketing like club

btw tbh, unless you win an award or a leadership position, a club is practically useless since it shows you “particpated”. like your solid for FBLA, but for MUN and DECA you don’t have any

I have own awards for MUN and will be president next year, DECA I have placed as well, sorry to have not mentioned it
