Chances for USC, UCLA, NYU, Chapman film school?

I’m a female junior. My GPA this semester is a 4.83. I am in the International Baccalaureate program, therefore I have 5 Ap/IB courses this year, 6 next year. I am in the film program at my school, i’m going to be a producer on our broadcast show for our school next year. I work on college thesis sets and low-budget features/commercials/music videos on the weekends doing G&E (lighting and stuff). I’m a girl scout working on my gold award, I volunteer at the hospital for 4 hours/week, and I play club soccer. I plan to major in film production with an emphasis in either cinematography or creative producing and I was wondering what my chances were/ anything else I could do to improve my chances.

There is no way in the world that anyone can chance you for admission to those programs, because their admissions are heavily weighted by the portfolio portion of your application. Period. You obviously meet all academic criteria easily, but that will be inconsequential if they don’t like your talent submission. Work on that. Now. Read up carefully on all the portfolio requirements and deadlines, and have everything you need ready by next fall. NYU/Tisch has a lower acceptance rate than Harvard (less than 1% some years) for the Film BFA. I presume that USC and UCLA are similarly brutal. Northwestern is very good, and they might weigh your academic record more heavily. You should bring this query to the “College Majors” section of the forum, where there are other students and parents deeply involved in this process. I found the Theater Majors forum indispensable when my son was looking into BFA programs. Above all, keep all of your work, and begin assembling a good portfolio, if you haven’t done so already. Do you have one or more good filmmaking mentors who can help you with this?
