<p>I’d be careful, unless your surname is Hispanic or you have clear Hispanic heritage.</p>

<p>You can improve your chances a lot if you check “the box”.</p>

<p>I think you shouldn’t check “the box” because I believe the current def. of Hispanic is 1/4 minimum, and getting caught, though unlikely, will reflect poorly on you.</p>
