Chances for USF, UCs and CSUs, and more

I am going to be a senior this year and I am planning on going to college in the fall of 2014. Although I think I am smart enough to get into the colleges I want to go to, looking through these forums makes me a little nervous. Please let me know what you think of my chances on getting into University of San Francisco, SDSU, SJSU, UCLA (reach), Seattle University, and Seattle Pacific University.

Extra Curriculars:
In 9th grade I moved across the country and stayed with a host family to train at an elite ballet school.
Ballet for 7 years
Crew for 1 year
California Scholarship Federation for 11th and 12th grade
Key Club for 11th and 12th grade
Link Crew for 12th grade
Possibly more clubs once I start school

Personal:
Ethnicity: White/NativeAmerican (part of the Cherokee nation)

I know my ECs aren't great, and neither are my grades. I'm having a ton of anxiety about getting into schools and whether or not I'll get scholarship or financial aid. I am hoping to get close to a 1900 on my SAT and close to a 28 on my ACT.
