UT Austin is my first choice school. Tuition is not an issue for me. I’m also applying to A&M and UTD as safeties.

Let me know what you guys think. Feel free to ask any questions.

Your scored a 36 on the ACT and 1500 on SAT?

If so, it’s clearly obvious you’d be able to handle the course work. Only negative is the class rank but I’m not sure how forgiving UT is on that when they plug your rank and scores into the formula they use? Any volunteer hours?

If you’re not a citizen are you also then considered an International applicant as opposed to instate? That is what I’ve heard about students in the state I live applying to schools if they’re not US citizens, they don’t have any sort of in state status so that is a disadvantage. I would hope you wouldn’t have turned in your SAT scores since they weren’t required and only sent them your phenomenal ACT. Everything else is solid. You just have to hope it shakes out because no one really knows at the end of the day.

Good luck!
