Chances for UVA engineering school

I am thinking about applying to Uva Engineering for either computer science or computer engineering. I am currently enrolled in J sargeant reynolds community college. I am 27 years old and have had an extended period off from school until starting at Sarge. Right now I am entering my sophomore year there.

My high school gpa is horrible i'm talking like 2.3 or somewhere there about. Sat's where just as low I can't even recall what they were.

Since enrolling in Sarge I have maintained a 4.0 gpa with 27 credits done for my first year.
My fall 2012 schedule includes CSC 201, CHM 111, Calculus 1, and a mathematical structures class mth 287. I plan on applying at the end of this semester. And I'm wondering if I maintain my gpa this semester what would my chances of getting accepted to UVA be. This is my first post and its a shot in the dark I would like some feedback on my situation. I do not plan to use the community college argreement because I will not have finished my computer science sequences by the time I apply therefore I will not have an associates and cannot use the agreement. But by the time I apply I will have 43 credits out of the way and my gpa should be around 3.8 if not a 4.0. Thanks for you help in advance.
