Chances for UW Madison and/or UMN Twin Cities?

<p>I will be a senior in high school this upcoming school year (2014-15) and I'm wondering what my chances are for being admitted into UW Madison and/or UMN Twin Cities.
-I live in Wisconsin
-ACT: 29
-English: 34
-Math: 27
-Reading: 28
-Science: 25
-Writing: 8
-GPA (UW): 3.88
-Honors classes: freshman bio, freshman English, sophomore chem, sophomore English, junior physics, junior English
AP classes: (junior year) US History, (senior year) government, (sn yr) calculus ab, (sn yr) psychology
-Extracurriculars:
-Dance team (Soph-Sen yr, captain senior year)
-NHS secretary
-Hostess at a restaurant since August 2013
-Peer Helpers fresh-jun year
-TA at a weeklong freshman orientation this summer
-Junior volunteer at the local library 1 yr
-Mission trip in New Orleans summer of 2012
-Performed in the Disney Christmas Day Parade in Orlando December 2013
-Volunteer at the Humane Society, started May 2014, 60 hrs of service so far
-Dance classes since age 6</p>

<p>I'm planning on sending in 4 recommendation letters: one from my boss, one from my coach, one from my math teacher, and one from my neighbor whose kids I have been a role model for since they moved in when I was 5 (he's also a professor at UW Madison)

<p>MN match, WI low reach to match. Letters should be from two teachers of courses you would like to emphasis in college and from you counselor. Apply early.</p>
