Chances for Vassar/Wesleyan

Hey,
So I'm a current second semester freshman in Steinhardt at NYU. Im currently in the process of applying for schools and my top two choices now are Vassar and Wesleyan. I realize my stats are a little on the low side and that these schools have lower transfer acceptance rates, but im banking on writing a very good group of essays. Im just wondering how I would chalk up as a transfer applicant.

-Graduated from Medfield High School in 2012 (one of the best public schools in MA) with a 3.53 unweighted GPA...they dont do class rankings
-2060 on the SAT's
-Very active high school student (participated in the student council all four years, served as the treasurer on the executive board senior year)
-Large participation in the theatre society and placed globally twice in Destination Imagination improv competitions
- 4 on AP psych and a 4 on AP Government
- 2 year member of National Honor Society

At NYU
- 3.76 GPA first semester
- Volunteered at the NYU radio station
- did America Reads Tutoring at NYC public schools weekly

How do my chances look?
Thanks
