I'm planning to apply to Vassar as my first choice school and it would be awesome if people let me know where I'm at by chancing me. Also, I'm not sure if I should apply RD or ED and would like to see what you guys think I should do.

Thank you for any responses, they will be greatly appreciated!!

hey, im also goin to apply Vassar.
although im also applicant, to me, you look good.

good luck

Vassar is strongly rumored to favor males, so I think you have a good chance.
Do not apply ED unless you are 100% sure it is your first choice, and you do not need to compare financial aid offers.

It is false that men are favored in the admissions process. This is misinformation.

If you look up Vassar’s common data set, you will see that Vassar does have a higher acceptance rate for men. Whether that means that Vassar “prefers” men is another story. But certainly the acceptance rate is higher for men.

Thanks for the information guys, but I’m still wondering if I should apply ED or not. Does it seem like I have a pretty good shot at getting in RD or would I need the ED to get in. If my RD chances are good then I might think about applying ED to an ivy like Brown.

Hey I’m applying to Vassar too and you look like you have a great shot.

you certainly look like you’ll have a great shot at vassar! probably it ll be even better if u can improve on ur SAT II scores. :)

I hope you’ll get in! If you are really interested in brown too, perhaps u could EDI brown, and if it fails, you could EDII vassar. I love vassar a lot as well, but i like brown too. Still considering if i should EDI vassar or EDI brown and EDII vassar as well.

ED to Vassar. Best choice of my life. You would understand if you visited the campus here.
