I believe that you have a good shot at all of the school you have listed.

Amherst: Good
CMU: Great (depending on what school)
Cornell: Good
Emory: Really Great
Northwestern: Good
Tufts: Really Great
UPenn: Fair
Vanderbilt: Good
WUSTL: Good
Williams: Good

You will get in to at least one of these schools, so good luck!

Amherst - Mid reach
Carnegie Mellon - match
Cornell - match
Emory - match
Northwestern - match
Tufts - match
UPenn - mid reach
Vanderbilt - mid reach
WUSTL - match
Williams - mid reach

You seem to be in good standing, however, some of the schools you’ve listed are considered “crapshoots,” which means someone with lower/higher scores can get admitted, and it really comes down to what you creatively can express on the Common App.

Your ECs aren’t spectacular, but you have spent a considerable amount of time on community service and you seem like a sciencey person based on your SATs. Perhaps you could provide us with more information on your other clubs?

Your SAT scores aren’t bad as well, but if you feel like you can do better on any of your subjects, you should consider taking them again. Math II maybe, it has a better curve!

I can only comment on the schools I’m more familiar with, so:
Amherst - match or low reach
Cornell - low reach
Northwestern - match
Tufts - match
UPenn - mid-high reach
WUSTL - match
Williams - match or low reach

What’s the point of chancing someone if you yourself haven’t gotten in anywhere? The blind leading the blind, no?

Make sure your essays and more subjective things stand out at Tufts. Sure, your grades matter and it appears you have those, but other things matter just as much.

Amherst: high target
CMU: low target
Cornell: high target
Emory: if you visit your in
Northwestern: high target
Tufts: high target
UPenn: low reach
Vanderbilt: target
WUSTL: if u visit your in
Williams: high target

You should elaborate on your EC’s, how strong are they, what are they? Your test scores are pretty good, you can retake some of the SATII’s if you really want to. Really work on your essays to get them good, those will get you into places.

Amherst - Match
Carnegie Mellon - Match
Cornell - Low reach / Match ED
Emory - Match
Northwestern - Match
Tufts - Match
UPenn - Reach
Vanderbilt - Low reach / high match
WUSTL - Low reach / high match
Williams - Low reach, not sure about ED

Amherst - You’re in the pool of serious applicants, but it’s always hard to tell
Carnegie Mellon - Very good odds
Cornell - You should have a good shot, and ED will help
Emory - Very good odds
Northwestern - Match
Tufts - Match
UPenn - Same as Amherst, you’re got a shot but you never know for sure
Vanderbilt - Fairly good chance
WUSTL - Good chances
Williams - Same as Amherst and Penn, you’ve got a shot

Sorry this took so long, I haven’t been on here in a while.

ED at Cornell and you’ve got a great shot at cornell with good essays! Williams might be tougher… If research is published it will really stand out!

I think you are a shoe in at just about all of those schools, Amherst I think being a low reach and Cornell being a little lower but I think you have a legitimate chance of getting into both of those
