<p>Hey, applied RD to Villanova - wanted to chk chances - i really wanna go here since i've been hearing back from other collegess:</p>

<p>Major: Biochem (College of LA&S)
GPA: 3.4
SAT: 2080/2400 (M: 730, W: 710. CR: 640)
SAT 2: Math1: 730, Bio-M: 650, Phys: 650</p>

<p>senior Midyear grades-not so good, A B and C's (do they need midyear report?)
AP Calc AB
AP Psych
AP Bio
Hon. Human Anatomy and Physiology
English 12</p>

<p>Work at Pharmacy, ~10 hours a week
VP of NHS
Political Science Club
Cultural Center Club
etc..</p>

<p>chances?</p>

Georgetown (no high hopes here)

<p>villanova- even though your gpa’s kinda low i think you have a really good shot</p>

<p>carnegie mellon- never heard of that school
georgtown- thats a stretch, your sat’s are high though
nyu-low reach, but you could deffinately get in</p>

<p>solid chance, your SATs will hold up well, plus you have work experience somewhat in your field.</p>

<p>my friend got into nyu with lower stats than you, you’re good there.
cmu - reach I think, but I’m not sure
georgetown - high-reach, my girlfriend got in (but she’s got straight A’s and she’s colombian), but I know like 10 qualified people who didn’t. </p>

<p>our school doesnt do weighted, its only a 4.0 UW scale</p>
