Chances for Wake Forest ED?

I’m a rising senior currently, and I’m not sure if applying to Wake ED would help or hurt me.
92 GPA w/ strong course rigor
2000 SAT (570 CR, 800 M, 630 W)
I just did an interview and tour at Wake, I know that they take interviews very seriously in app process.

I’m taking the ACT for the first time this fall, hoping for just a 30 or 31 to supplement my SAT. I’ve seen different scores on each website, but from what I can tell I’m a bit far behind from Wake’s average GPA for incoming Freshman and just a little bit behind on SAT. If I’m a borderline student, do you think it would be smarter to apply ED or regular? I’m scared if I apply ED they are going to deny if they are not absolutely 100% confident but I also love the school and want any help I can get to get in. Thanks

For wake, you can elect not to send your test scores. If Wake is definitely your first choice, applying ED is a good idea. it will increase your chances

@ahandfulofdust Yeah but in my case I think my test scores can only help since my GPA isn’t really on par for their standards.

I think if you get a 31 ACT score, that would help you.
