Thanks guys

youre ACT and GPA are very good, you will need to cut way down on your ec's and awards, pick the ones most meaningful. i think youll get in to washu, northwestern, and vandy but HYP are a huge reach, just like for everyone else

wash u - match
northwestern - high match
vandy - high match
harvard- reach
princeton - reach
yale - lower reach

chance me back!

I don't think that the above two posters understand what HPME is. Certainly you are a competitive applicant for Northwestern University & you may receive an application for HPME. It probably is fair to write that getting admitted to Northwestern's HPME is more difficult than getting admitted to Harvard, Yale or Princeton. If you are selected to receive an application, and you may despite your SAT I scores being too low for serious consideration for HPME, your ACT score of 35 may qualify. Your responses on the HPME application will determine whether or not you will be selected to interview. Then, to my understanding, the interview is of utmost importance in the selection process. Another poster wrote that a strong interest in primary care may help. Again, a 1450/1600 SAT I would normally knock you out of the running for HPME, but the 35 ACT may get their attention. Overall your chances are better at WashUStL & Vandy, Brown PLME, and even HYP, than they are for Northwestern University's HPME.
P.S. Keep your ECs & awards & community service as they are presented above. It shows that you are a serious & conscientious pre-med student.

Thanks everyone for responses. Yes I am hoping to get an HPME application (sent my card in like last week). Would they really look down on the SAT score if they see my ACT? I thought they would look at the best one. I did not know there was still a preference...

You will get the HPME application. Don't worry. If you are lucky enough to reach the interview round, your admission will pretty much depend on your performance during the interview. Good luck!
