<p>Hi! I am a junior at a prestigious public high school on the East Coast. I am Caucasian. My family would only be able to contribute about 17,000-20,000 a year for tuition, but I hear they're need blind, so I don't think that that would affect my chances, hopefully!
I am taking my SAT in a few weeks, but here are my scores so far:
PSAT: 1950
US History SAT: 730
AP US History Exam: 5</p>

<p>I am taking the following AP exams this year:
AP Lang Comp
AP World History
AP Psychology</p>

<p>This is my course schedule for Junior Year & Senior Year next year :)</p>

<p>My GPA is a 3.5 unweighted and 4.7 weighted (low I know. I took too many honors classes last year, and as my school has around 10-15 kids a year go to Ivy Leagues, honors classes are pretty darn tough).</p>

<p>My course schedule next year for AP classes will be AP Euro, AP Government, and AP Lit.
(I'm hoping to do something with prelaw or history)</p>

<p>I’m only a Junior, but my safety would probably be Rutgers or Montclair State University. Why do you think it is a reach; sat scores, gpa, e.c.?</p>

<p>Aim for 2000+ for Wellesley to be better than a reach.</p>

<p>Rutgers is a safety but only as far as SAS/SEBS/MG are concerned. Are you in-state for Rutgers or Montclair State?</p>

<p>Rutgers engineering/business: Match at 2000
Rutgers 0-6 PharmD: Reach (this time around it’s not 2000 but 2150 that you need)</p>

<p>Yes, I’m in-state. In general, about 80 seniors from my school go on to Rutgers, most scoring around 1700+. I’m hoping for a 2050+, but am planning to superscore (Wellesley accepts superscores).</p>
