WashU MAYBE
Duke NO

South east asians (which country are you from exactly since an ur country might help slightly but not much) are not an under-represented minority and First generation status only helps at certain elite colleges.

UPenn Wharton: The sibling legacy will be a slight boost. I know this for sure since I’ve asked about it (at a peer school). That said, without a 33+ ACT score it’ll be unlikely. Ask your counselor to make it clear in the report that your school doesn’t offer Calc BC.
UMich Ross Pre Admit: In but Ross Pre-admit, probably not.
UChicago: Contingent on 32+ ACT and Essays
Northwestern: Good chance imo.
Vanderbilt: In
Emory: In
WashU: In
Duke: Unlikely without a 33+ ACT score.
