<p>I think you have a solid shot at Harvey Mudd given your statistics; I would not say that graduating after junior year is a great idea though. Colleges want mature, thought out individuals. That extra year is an extra opportunity to do well for yourself and do some extra-curricular events. I think CalTech might find you alluring, but I also think Princeton and MIT might still waitlist you at best given your age and relative inexperience.</p>
