Asian Regoinal Space Settlment Design COmpetition- I took part in this in my tenth grade... made it to asian Finals . It was a team event & i was the team prez. Took the same competition again in 11th grade. Gathered students from all over the city from diferrent schools, Won the Asian Regionals and then went on as a winner at International FInals. THis Competion is labelled as one of the 5 most tough competitions in the world.
Was invited for Global Young Leaders Conference held at NY.
The rest of ec's are regular regional volunteering, church work, Green Olympiad Merit, Society service works of 100hrs, school debates, elocutions etc. ( other school regular events).</p>
<p>Reccos - Teachers reccos are awesome for sure. I got a recco ( a mediocre one) from the ISSDC organisers, Dick Edwards ( he worked foor boeing and NASA for quite some time). I might get another on from my mentor at the ISSDC competition. He holds a good office in an private army weaponary manufacturer.
Since i'm applying to the enginner and applied science school... i wanna make my engineering(space one) activity as my main course of achievement and also since it spans over a period two years.... I could indicate development and an increasingly mature approach towards that field of study..
I wanna give a try at Harvard. Dunno how well i stand in the competition against other Indians.... Be frank as much as you can. I also wanna get aid. Tell me what are my chances of getting in and if i got in ... my possibility of gettin an aid. ( of whatever amount).
