ACT: 28 highest composite 30 "super-scored" I messed up the reading section last time so I will take this again as well.

<p>Might be a reach, but not out of reach. You make it sound like you can work harder to bring your SAT and ACT up. I think you need to.
You say that your school sends many grads to top schools. Are you grouped among those top students? Most Lehigh admits are in top 5-10% of class. Even if your school doesn't rank, the top students know where they stand.
Can you tell us a little more about your ECs? Are you in leadership positions or a member?<br>
Lehigh looks at a whole student and talks a lot about best fit.
Visit and interview because Lehigh also looks for students who are really interested in Lehigh. When you make a campus visit be sure and register with the Admissions Office.</p>
<p>If you are applying to the engineering school, you have a slightly better chance since you're a woman. (The male students outweigh the female ones.) Lehigh will still be a reach for you, but you might be able to overcome the odds by showing a lot of interest, re-taking standardized tests, and choosing the right teachers for recommendations. Also, in your essay, be sure to be original.</p>
