What do you think my chances are?

And feel free to "chance" me on my 9 other schools.
Thanks

also- any idea when I'll hear from them with a decision (i sent my application the other day, and everything else was sent from my school today)

hmm merit money im not too sure about, but i think you stand a really good chance of getting in :]
apply asap though!

i agree .. good chance if you apply soon!

anyone else?

i think you've got a good chance of getting in, however, i'm not sure how you're looking for merit aid. i've been told that you need an essay/1400+ SAT (or ACT equivalent) to be considered for merit scholarships (though as i've come to realize, that's not always the case). apply asap & you should be ok-i'm not sure when you'll hear about your admissions decision, because as it is later in the year, pitt is probably receiving many apps., so it may take a longer time for you to hear back from them.
