SAT I: 630 CR , 610, Math, 530 Writing
Hard course load
No interview
Many EC's, a few leadership positions, many sports as well...</p>
<p>Will I have a chance to get in ED II with these stats, or should I try to raise my SAT score for RD? I would really like some help with this decision because ED II applications are supposed to be in by Monday the 15th.</p>
<p>Idk-- Rochester uses more of a holistic approach, so they will focus on ECs a lot more than would other schools. Personally, I think you have a decent chance, though your stats are on the low side. The SATs could help, though I don't think that's that major thing. You could just apply ED II and then send in your updated scores if they're better when you take them in January. </p>
<p>And only apply ED II if Rochester is your first choice.</p>
<p>your stats are consider bottom 25%, but as Robotab says, Rochester uses a holistic approach, and they'll see your potential, not what you've got right now.</p>
<p>Yeah, I understand that my SAT scores are currently in the bottom 25%, but I am going to try to get my SAT score up at around 2000+ for RD. Wish me luck!</p>
