Chances,Ideas, and Thoughts

I'm relatively new to CC, but if you chance me I'll chance you back as accurately as I can.I'm also unsure of the proper format for GPA, Sat scores, and EC's so if someone call fill me in for future reference that would be great.
I'm an asian rising senior from New York who is either looking to major in finance or other BBA's or in International Relations.

All other classes that weren't Ap's were all honors.

PLEASE GIVE ME CHANCES, ANY THOUGHTS ON MY STATS AND EC'S/CRITIQUE, AND IDEAS FOR OTHER SCHOOLS THAT YOU THINK I SHOULD APPLY TO. ANY REPLY WOULD BE AWESOME AND EXTREMELY APPRECIATED!

Please help me

Bump i could really use some help

I think your SAT score is the main aspect that is lowering your chances. I’d say get it up to at least a 2200 for Emory, Cornell and UNC.

Thanks, I’ll make sure to do that. Do u believe as it is the SAT makes me competitive at the other schools? Also, can i help u w/ anything or chance back?

You have a good chance for UNC, and Indiana. The rest are reaches, and I have no idea about Binghampton. Chance Back!

Also for june subject tests I got: Bio 700 and US 770

UNC:Low Match
Indiana: Low Match
Emory: High Match
UM: High Match
Cornell: Low reach

I think one of the above posters mentioned but bring up the SAT to about 2200 and you should be fine for your preferred schools :D

Emory and Cornell and UM would need you to raise your SAT scores some though I am not familiar with the agriculture schools probably still would want to raise them still as you said. The rest of the schools should be a match for you currently especially if you raise your SATs.

are my ec’s “strong”?

Any other schools that I should be applying to?

Just bring up your SAT and try taking the ACT as well. Ivies are reach schools for almost everyone and I’m not familiar with a 4.3 grading scale, unless I misunderstood that. IU is definitely a safety for you, but that is about all I can really speculate on I don’t know the rest of the schools very well. Good luck!

I agree with most other posters - definitely bring up your SAT, and if you’re more of an academic person, try taking the ACT, like AROTCDank suggested. Otherwise this is how I see it so far:

UNC: Match
Indiana: Low Match
Emory: Match
UM: Low Reach
Cornell: Reach
Lehigh: Match
GW: Match

Good luck!
