Chances if i apply rd, or should i apply ed?

<p>i really wanna go either here or columbia!
here are some of my stats</p>

old SAT 760 math 750 verbal
new SAT 750 math 670 verbal 670 crit
SAT2’s US history 720 Math2 720 Bio 670 (plan on retaking to get around 750’s)
AP US history 4
hardest course load my school has to offer</p>

<p>im really tryin to decide where to apply early to, either columbia or upenn, my top 2 choices
any help or suggestions are appreciated :)</p>

<p>I'd say you have a good chance rd, though of course ed would boost you and i think would make you close to a lock (assuming they don't look too closely at that dropoff in your verbal SAT, which i know they say they don't but you never know; even then you still have a good shot ed). Obviously though, you want to go to Penn over Columbia, I mean, heck, we're the "Happy to be There" school, at least Newsweek says so. :-P</p>

<p>lol i checked that article and it seems that applying early will help alot. any1 else hav any advice?</p>
