Chances in Canada?

Hello CC,

I'm an American student going to Canada, or so hope to be.

I have approx. a 3.8 GPA
10 Extracirrcs. (Including NHS and volunteer programs)
I've taken all honors and AP classes
I'm taking three subject tests (scores pending)
My ACT is about 28

I'm looking at schools such as McGill, Queens, U of Toronto, and Concordia.

I'm majoring in Biochemistry. Could someone give me advice on their admissions? I'm worried that being an American may work against me. They are very difficult schools to get into.

Thank you to all who reply.

Being an American helps you somewhat, as an international, I think… anyways, they don’t look at EC’s either. The only thing you should work on is your ACT score and you should be fine

McGill is a safety for everyone

Really? Or is that a joke?

Moving to a different country is not worth it for Concordia in my opinion.

Focus on McGill or UofT
