I know my SAT cr scores are low... I will ED CUNY honors at Hunter.
What are my chances at CUNY Honors at Hunter?

can anyone try to guess my chances?

Does CUNY Honors even have deferring policy on ED?

no i dont think they would defer u from the school, but as far as i know u need pretty high grades, i know someone who got rejected with a 1350/1600, but i mean it all depends on who applies and with what grades. not sure how much EC's come into play but if they do you might be at a little disadvantage there.

but i think u can still get into Normal Cuny Hunter even if u dont get honors.

I think you might have a shot of getting in, but keep in mind that CUNY honors at hunter sees many applicants with high averages and very high SAT scores. You need to find a way to make your application stand out, then you'd deff have a shot at getting in. GOOD LUCK. i'm still deciding whether to apply to CUNY honors myself, but at Baruch. =D

I also took AP chem and calculus, scoring 4 on chem, 5 on AB calc., 5 on BC calc.
any more opinions?

i have a friend who graduated high school last year who's currently enrolled at cuny baruch (macaulay honors). her grades weren't up to par as yours but i'm pretty sure her verbal score was in the 600-700 range. if anything that might be the only thing holding you back. other than that, i think you have a great shot. i applied to regular cuny baruch...hope i get in :P good luck to you!

is my stats worthy of applying ED or should i just take another SAT and apply RD?

Do ED. Take another SAT. if you don't get in, you get deferred, so then just send them your new SAT score and see from there. Good luck =D
