chances in general

Hey everyone,
I know this entire forum is just based on chances and more chances but I've been worrying about this for a long time. Could anyone tell me if I have a shot at UCLA/UCSD/UCI/UCD or privates like CMU, UChicago, Cornell, and George Washington with the following stats?

UC GPA (10/11 with only 4 classes weighted): 3.92 weighted
Private GPA (9-11): 4.07 weighted
SAT I: 2300 [will probably retake]
SAT II Math IIC: 800
SAT II Chemistry: 760

APs completed (and will complete by the end of junior year): World History, Comp Sci A, Biology, Chemistry, Calc BC, Spanish, Language & Composition, US History

Leadership: Treasurer of Speech & Debate, President of school chapter of California Young Democrats, VP of membership in FBLA, section editor of school newspaper
Extracurriculars: Singing is my major skill. I'm nationally ranked #2 in Classical vocals under 18, give countless number of performances and recitals all over the nation including Carnegie Hall and other major theaters. I've also done performances on the radio and television.
I'm also a section chair for a prestigious philharmonic orchestra, volunteer for the local county Democratic party, I have been doing dance for the last 11 years and I have gained significant recognition in the visual arts, such as being able to participate in Stanford and San Francisco's art programs.

Thanks!

*** is wrong with you? Dont retake a 2300

that being said, good chances

serotonin09:

UCLA: Safe Match
UCSD: Safety
UCI/UCD: Safety

Class rank?

good chances for CMU...do you have an intended major or area of study?

good shot at GWU

Sorry about the lack of information. My school doesn't rank. I was hoping to get into english or political science or international relations, just nothing math or science related. I was thinking of mostly the minor privates because with my gpa the major ivy leagues are out of the question. Does anyone have any suggestions which ones are feasible to get into? Thanks!
