Schools:
Pomona College Early Decisionm
OR
Claremont Mckenna Early Decision

Help me decide where I have a better chance, both applications are due on the same day (11/15) and use the common application. I toured & interviewed at both colleges this past summer. I loved them both. I know I have a better chance at Claremont Mckenna anyway based on stats from the collegeboard.com, but do I have any shot at Pomona?

Other Schools I’m applying to:
USC
UCSB
UCLA
Pitzer
University of Washington
Wellesley
Northwestern
Pepperdine
Occidental

please help!! this took me a while to type up too..

Pomona College Early Decision--Reach (average SATs are 730/730)
Claremont Mckenna Early Decision--Slight Reach (use your ED here)
USC--Slight Reach
UCSB--Match to Slight Reach (Out-of-State, but your parents being deaf should help you here and at UCLA)
UCLA--Reach (OOS)
Pitzer--Match
University of Washington--Match
Wellesley--Slight Reach
Northwestern--Reach
Pepperdine--Match
Occidental--Match

i honestly think your chances are really low for almost all of those

You really need to rasie your act

hey, I am applying to Pomona Early too, but I'm doing ED II because I am too chicken to do the first round. x] so how did your interviews go? Just out of curiosity, are you in-state?

girlliveslife:

UCLA: Super Reach (out of state)
UCSB: Slight Reach (out of state)

what does OOS mean?

Your list is unrealistic given your stats.
