<p>I say you have a good chance. Then again, that's just my opinion.</p>
<p>You've got a pretty decent chance at getting in. Your test scores and ECs will make you competitive, but I'm unsure about how your transcript willa affect your chances. Does your school rank? If so, if your rank competitive? Is your GPA competitive compared to other people in your class? Where do people with that GPA typically get in?</p>
<p>It says in the post her rank is 6/53. I think that and your GPA is going to keep you out.</p>
<p>I must have missed the rank part. I honestly don't know how good/bad that is...private school ranks are not quite the same as public school ranks. I don't think UVA will ignore her app just because she's not in the top 10% (all of 5 people!)</p>
<p>its pub school, but the rank is unweighted, which (hopefully) should buy me some leeway or the fact that getting 100 in pottery is better than getting a 98 in AP physics (at least as far as rank is concerned)</p>
