oh and i am out of state

UCSC:Safety
UCD,UCI,UCSB:Low Reach/Match
UCSD:Reach
UCLA,UCB:Reach

I mostly agree with bjwbell:
UCSC:Safe Match
UCD, UCI, UCSB: Match
UCSD, UCLA, UCB: Reach

Since you're out-of-state, your chances are diminished significantly.

If you were in-state, I'd tell you this:
UCLA/UCB: Reach
UCSD: Slight Reach
UCSB, UCI, UCD: Match
UCSC: Safe Match

Nonetheless, because you're OOS:
UCB/UCLA: Super, Super Reach
UCSD: Super Reach
UCSB, UCI, UCD: Reach
UCSC: Slight Reach /Match

Personally, I don't agree with the in-state/out-of-state difference in admissions. Nevertheless, your GPA (3.33) is a bit low for an out-of-state application, and your SAT I score a bit low as well. Good luck to you, and let's hope you're accepted to the UC's to which you applied, despite the OOS/IS differential :).

The avg GPA for UCI/UCD/UCSB is around 3.8, so even if you're in state, it would be slight reach.
I agree with atracy6677's OOS prediction

i guess these predictions are realistic... but the weird thing is that a guy from my school who had no particular ECs, B average, some Cs and an average SAT score got accepted.

i guess i will just have to worry about it until march... :(
