Chances??~? Is my application even good?

I am a white male at the average public high school in Ohio. I want to major in either Astronomy, Physics, or Premed. First I will list some schools I plan on applying to, and any opinions on my possible admission would be greatly appreciated!!

Carnegie Mellon
U of Texas
Case Western Reserve
Ohio State's Honor College
Northwestern
U of Virginia
UC Berkley
Notre Dame
Michigan
Penn
Columbia

Now for some stats:
Class rank: 1/200
Unweighted GPA: 4.0
Weighted: 4.6
ACT: 31/33-35* -didn't study the first time
SAT II Math 2: 740-800*
SAT II Physics: 680-740*
AP Bio: 4-5
AP Calc AB/BC: 5's -Our school only offers AB, but I plan on taking both*
AP USH: 2 (haha that was when I was a big bad sophomore and I thought I was all that)
AP Physics B and C: 4- Our school only offers general physics, but that is what Princeton
Review is for!
AP English- 3-4*
I also will be a 4 year member of spanish club, Class treasurer, Started a Philosophy Club, 4 year letter winner in golf, Captain of Golf team, 4 time team MVP, State Qualifier in golf, Academic Challenge Varsity letter winner, Participant in NASA's shadowing program, possible internship for 5 weeks this summer at NASA (I am only a junior), 3 year statistician for basketball team, teach a golf clinic for elementary school children, work with developmentally disabled teens and adults for 1-3 days a week, peer tutoring, work in the office at my school, Buckeye Boys State (9 day leadership camp where the top 1300 boys in the state of ohio are selected to run a mock govt.), volunteer in salvation army during the holidays, and I can write a pretty decent essay too.

So let me know what you guys think, thanks in advance!

Also, National Honor Society

not sure if that 2 on APUSH hurts or not but it doesn’t help. otherwise, everything looks good

Yeah I don’t know exactly how it works with reporting AP tests. I most certainly do not want to list it when I apply. I actually regret it a lot. I aced the class and just took the test like it was a joke and it wouldn’t matter what I got. But thanks again for your opinion, it is appreciated.

Interesting, I was actually thinking U VA would be a safer bet than a couple of the others. But I do hear they have a pretty competitive Astronomy/Astrophysics program. On a couple of these, I know of people that graduated before me with far inferior stats. But who knows how they decide on who gets in.

BTW- My family income will probably be around $115,000 this year, will that hurt my admission chances?
