Chances it up baybay!

High School Senior, Intended Major(s): Political Science, Sports Management (Depending on which school i go 2)

Ranked Top 30% in class (School doesnt rank)<<< Pretty good school in New York State.

GPA About 3.6 (Unweighted)

Low SAT's =( 520 CR 520 Math

National Honor Society Member, YMCA Leader, VP of various clubs, Class Rep, Many other EC's i dont feel like listing. Over 700 hrs of Community Service.

Total of 6 AP's and 3 Honors (including Senior Year)

** Extremely nervous about Admissions cuz of the SAT scores

Chance me for (in order of importance): Syracuse, Pitt, American, UConn, Loyola MD, Drexel, Penn State, Villanova (Reach yeah i no), Fairfield.

"Extremely nervous about Admissions cuz of the SAT scores"

dont be. there is nothing you can do. thinkg about it wont change anything so just hope for the best. you have at least a chance at all of the schools on your list. good luck.

Given your stats, you should apply to more instate, public schools. The CUNY's and SUNY's are good.

i don't like n e of them... trust me i looked into it. I thought of Binghampton but its too competitive. BUMP

your SATs arent that great but your community service is crazy... over 700 hours? I feel like you could get into any of the colleges you listed cept for villanova
overall your a pretty strong candidate, although youd be stronger with better board scores

yea villanova is the reach, but thnx...n e 1 else?

I go to UConn and I can tell that they don't care about community service. 1040 is kind of low. SAT scores matter the most. The average is 1210. If you are anything other than something in the CLAS, your chances are worse.

The other schools may be tough as well. I suggest you apply to atleast one least selective school.

bump bump bump

Try the ACT. A good school to add considering your Sport Management interest and your northeast preference is UMass-Amherst.

700 hours? That's over half an hour a day for three years! Definitely expound on that in your essay.

thanks guys...yeah i wuzz thinking UMass Amherst... nd i495 i did trust me...especially for Pitt and Syracuse cuz those r my top 2

What about Stony Brook?

Nah man i visited.. didnt like it
