Keep the faith! your Stats look good. You just may not have been a fit or you got caught in the numbers game with your desired degree. There are a lot of kids with your same profile. Do not panic. My S admitted at Yale last year SCEA and a daughter that got into Harvard SCEA this year. i suggest you review your essays. Most people when they write their essays they tend to not answer the question which is being asked or they tend to write an essay which loses the adcom attention because it does not flow well. Your profile is strong but I think you have to find a way to stand out in those essays. In this game scores only get you so far. You are talented and smart find a way to stand out! You will get the right fit. Any school will be glad to have you because you check all the boxes on scores. You have to go through your essays.

You will get into some great collges.

UCB, UCLA, UCSD and American are almost safety schools for you.
Good luck!

I certainly hope that Princeton wakes up and accepts you in March (honestly, they, as well as any other school, would be lucky to have you). If not, then you have a great shot at all the schools you’re applying to. I know it’s easier said than done, but stay positive!

Your stats are ridiculous, which gives you a tremendous bump but simultaneously puts you at risk of being seen as someone whose worked for the last four years just to get into college, as they do look a little too perfect to be honest, lol. Also, Princeton’s applicant pool is full of white females from the Northeast, Mid Atlantic, and California, so I wouldn’t worry about being deferred. I think you’ll be accepted this spring along with all of the other schools. Stanford is a high match but I think you’ll get in. Harvard and Yale would be tough, I think you’ll be at least waitlisted for both of them though. MIT will be the toughest, I see that as a reach simply because they have a virtually infinite number of applicants with perfect stats, and you’re strengths/area of interest seems to not entirely be math/science, but I’m not too well-informed about their admissions. Maybe they like people who are into other fields. Either way, you have a spectacular application and I wish you the best. Please (!!) chance me at: http://talk.collegeconfidential.com/what-my-chances/1435283-chance-me-cornell-penn-northwestern-rice.html

^^ your assessment was pretty spot on, I got into Stanford and Princeton, but not Harvard, Yale or MIT. I’m going to Stanford next year :)
