Essay:
I wrote one (Common App) about how I love international relations and several related knowledge (comparison of secessionism in Taiwan, Kosovo, and Catalonia and others) and one (NYU) about why I choose NYU (some patriotism thoughts included). They both are quite decent I think (received positive comments from all 3 teachers who hav read them).
I also applied to University of Toronto, University of British Columbia, Sciences Po, and Leiden University.
