Chances me getting into BC?

Hey, so I’m currently a sophomore. My weighted GPA is a 4.6 (which is okkk)

Freshman:
Studio 1H ;A
Biology 9H : A+
English 9H: A
US History I H :A
Algebra 2H: A+
Spanish 2H: A

(Currently) Sophomore:
-Studio 2H: A
-chemistry H (planning to take 4 years of science) :A+
-Spanish 3H(planning to take 4 years)A
-Precal H(math four years)A
-APUSH(4 years of history)A
-AP seminar(4 years of English)A

Plan for Junior:

AP Physics
AP calculus AB
AP World
English 10H
Spanish 4H

Plan for senior year:
Anatomy H
AP calculus BC
AP gov
AP psychology
English 12H
AP Spanish
AP STATS

That does seem like a lot of AP but I’m sure I can deal with it because I have very good time management XD lolz, but for real. The classes I take really interest me so I don’t think that’ll be hard.

In junior and senior year, I’m planning to take more AP classes such as Calculus, physics, world…

I don’t like sports. Idk if that’ll decrease my chances but I just really don’t like sports. My friends keep nagging me to do it saying how it’ll look good on my resume but the thing is I just don’t like it, so I’m not planning to do any sports through my whole high school year, opinions?

I do a lot of volunteering, I mainly volunteer over the weekends and also during the summer.
I’m in the Fine arts club, Leader Mentor Club, Visual Art Society, and Key Club. rn I’m not an officer in any of them just an active member. My hobby is mainly drawing which is why I’m the in the Fine Arts club lol. I work on Friday’s. I haven’t taken SATs nor ACTs yet so yeah. I was just wondering what you guys think of my chances getting into BC is?

As long as you keep up your GPA trend and continue with that rigorous schedule you should be able to “coast” into BC. Now you are missing two MAJOR elements right now since you are only a Junior. You need to get at least a 31 on the ACT and I would suggest to go ahead and run for as many offices as possible. If you do that, I think you will be receiving an acceptance letter.

Could you chance me for Notre Dame?

How naive.

Nobody, not even the BC adcoms can tell you if you’ll be accepted to BC or not.

Read through the past decision threads. You’ll see some with very strong academic profiles not get accepted, as well as some with weaker academic profiles who do get accepted. There’s a lot more to an application than grade and test stats.

I agree. It is hard to predict. Your stats are top notch and it is definatley worth applying and seeing what they say.
