<p>I dunno really. Seems like sort of a toss up to me. I certainly wouldn't put a perfect attendance award on my app; it'll make you look like you're trying to hard to find awards.</p>

<p>You didn't say which college you're applying to...if it's CAS, I dunno what they would make of your writing score.</p>

<p>If you are applying to engineering, they'll be pretty nice about that writing score. hehe. Trust me ;o</p>

<p>well ur rank will def help! hmmm...sats mite hurt it:( maybe u should take em in January.
But write reallllllly good essays, get great recs (u should have the teachers picked by now), ur EC's are pretty good...like natalya said BIG toss up. So good luck :)</p>

<p>It always puzzles me when kids ranked 1 and 2 get such low SATs........grade inflation.........</p>

<p>Scores are going to be work against you...ECs aren't that special.....</p>

<p>But send them you're Albert Camus essay and you're in :)</p>

<p>high rankings and low SATs don't necessarily mean grade inflation... who knows, maybe they're just not particularly good at taking standarized tests. </p>
