Any possible hooks - mom’s a legacy?

I think you have a great shot. You’re scores are good, not amazing but definitely within range. The only downfall is your GPA but if you come from a competitive school with a rigorous curriculum it will probably be weighed.

Just make sure you find something to make you stand out on your application.

What would you suggest? I mean, i want to try and get recruited for crew, and I don’t think many high school students do crew - and my mom’s a legacy…I don’t think I can do much else except write a kickass essay. Any advice?

Yeah crew is good. I’m an equestrian and I knwo that helped get me in becuase in the newsletter they mentioned being honored to accept …an award winning equestrian" along with others.
So stuff like that or even small stuff…there are alot of short answers that give you opps to stand out

My daughter’s first year roomie was a crew team member. Every little thing helps, but I think you are an all around excellent prospect.

I think everything looks good except for your GPA, which is really important. Just make sure you right stellar essays to compensate.
