Chances (Most Early)

Here's another one of the chances threads, but I am really anxious to find out so figured I'd get some more fuel for thought.

I go to an all boys private catholic high school in MA, we have a great rep. and send kids to great schools all over. We have 4 levels of classes, (AP,Honors, ACC, CP)

GPA about a 3.7-.8 weighted
SATs low did not send (1810 highest combined)
Honors Courses
Grades 9-11
Algebra II & III
English
Spanish (bad year jr. year, always hovered around 80 but got a 75 jr year) explained in interview
Physics
Biology
Chemistry
History

Accelerated
Theology
Pre-calc (had jr year, was a sr. class but low test average in alg III moved me down, still had an 84 average in class thou.)

Grade 12 (Honors)
English
International Relations
(Acc)
Theology
German
Vietnam

AP's
Grade 12
Chemistry
AB Calculus

I was involved in school, played hockey and lacrosse, went on leadership retreat in summer, pilgrimage to italy(which i paid for myself), campus ministry, community service, work study at school.
Outside of school i played travel baseball, hockey and lacrosse
Held 2 jobs during the school year, worked about 20 hours a week
Had an hour commute to school every day.

Wake Forest
I visited campus and did an on site interview, I applied ED I know it is somewhat of a stretch but I was hoping ED could help...

I Applied to
Wake Forest ED
Loyola Maryland Advantage App
UMass Amherst
UVM
Fairfield
all EA

might do RD at Hendrix, Syracuse

I applied ED to Wake Forest too, with about the same stats. I doubt our apps will compete beacuse we're both from different regions but anyways... For Wake Forest, I was in about the same situation for SAT scores...they're not an attribute and they might be a liability. In fact, I'm trying to decide whether or not to send my 620Cr & 620M today (Wake doesn't look @ writing). Either way, I'd say your chances are good for that school (I hope, lol). The only thing I'd want to include on your other, later applications is some type of leadership roles. If you've got any list 'em

I say definitely for Loyola, UMass Amherst and Fairfield. I know little about the other schools, but if you decide to apply to Syracuse I definitely say you have a shot there too. Good Luck with Wake Forest!

Chance me?

I'd say as long as you find a way to get in an inverview for wake that it would be a good supplement for SAT scores, thats what I went on.

thanks all
