I honestly wanted to stop posting on College Confidential a while ago (and especially stop posting Chance posts cause they’re so dumb) but I’m honestly kind of bored and wondering what people’s opinions are.
Here are the schools I’m definitely applying to:
Northwestern Medill (ED)
Michigan (Ross Pre-Admit) (EA)
UNC Chapel Hill (EA)
USC (RD)
Missouri (Rolling)
Michigan State (Rolling)
I’m not gonna apply to all these but I guess I’m just wondering what my chances are:
Duke (RD)
Vanderbilt (RD)
Stanford (RD)
All the Ivies (RD)- Don’t worry I’m not gonna apply to all of them; maybe only a few. Most of them probably aren’t a good fit for me considering I’d like pretty good sports at my school. I’m just wondering what my chances would be at all of them.

Honestly just want some opinions. Michigan and Northwestern are the two schools I’m really focusing on, though I’d like to see what people here think of my chances for other schools as well (even though I know these kinds of posts are stupid).
Also- if I have a 35 ACT will my lower SAT scores look really bad in the eyes of Stanford? Since my ECs are focused on journalism, will that hurt me for Ross? I’m applying to Ross cause, even anywhere, I’d probably double major/minor in something business related and Michigan doesn’t even have journalism. Lastly- do I have any chance of Merit Aid at schools like USC or UNC even though I’m not a NMF (only Commended)?
Thanks!
