Chances? Not sure what to consider reach/match/saftey

I'm having a hard time figuring out which schools to consider reaches, matches, and safeties. Also whether some are huge reaches that I shouldn't even bother with or if my safeties are actually safe. Any input is greatly appreciated. If you need more info let me know.

Penn, Duke, Cornell - I think these would be reasonable low reaches for you. As you’ve mentioned, since Cornell only takes CR/M combined, your 1450/1600 is at a pretty good standpoint. (I believe their 25/75 range is 1290-1500.) Admissions to any of these colleges, to be honest at this point, would probably be based on luck and how well you write your essays/recommendations sent. If anything, boosting up your SAT I’s a little bit more never hurts, especially in writing. Certain grammar rules are tested quite frequently, and practice tests will surely aid you in improving scores.

Some of the latter schools I’m not as familiar with, but from what I understand I think you’re generally matched/safety.
