I wrote some great essays, especially for USC. I would like some input from other people. Thanks in advance!!!

what major? if you applied engineering at CMU and USC, high reach

my bad, did not read completely. NYU should be match, the other two will be reaches due to competitive engineering programs

@kjake2000 thanks, pretty sure that CMU is out of the question. Wrote really good essays related to my passion for engineering, and I hope USC will take them into consideration (heard that USC takes essays into consideration compared to other schools such as the UCs).

CMU pretty high reach, SC reach, NYU match maybe. The issue is you kind of have middling/low GPA, middling test scores and relatively poor course rigor. Hopefully your sports commitments stand out, especially if you speak of them in your application

Which sport?

@b4sicallyid0work well school doesn’t have IB classes and I’m taking the highest AP classes available
@ClarinetDad16 Water polo, but I don’t plan to play in college

Maybe at NYU but the odds of it being affordable are not probable.
