Chances of a transfer student

I am currently a college freshmen student from West Virginia hoping to transfer to Carolina next year. I was hoping someone could tell me where I need to improve in my application.

Major: Double major in biochemistry and biotechnology pre-med track
Current GPA: 4.0
High School GPA : 4.0 top 10% of class
ACT: 29 (I know somewhat low, standardized tests aren't my thing unfortunately)
SAT: Did not take (somewhat uncommon to take in wv)

Current Classes: Biology 120, Chemistry 211, Chemistry Lab 217, IST Connections 120, Freshmen Seminar Honors 100 (16 hrs)

Next Semester's Classes: Continuation of Biology and Chemistry 218, Spanish 101/102, Applied Calc, and additional honors seminar (15 hrs)

Extra Curricular:
Volunteered for the summer in a cancer research laboratory at UNC Medical School
Elected Student Government Publicity Chairmen for Freshmen Class (college)
Member of Current University's Honor College
Volunteered 250+ hours in my local hospital emergency room and pharmacy
Habitat for Humanity Volunteer
5k runner for breast cancer path for a cure, alumni run, and heels for hope run
High School Key Club Vice President
Gymnastics team

Please give me any advice or input you have! Thanks guys

Also, could someone tell me about the application after the common app? I can’t see it.

The avg GPA for Transfers was 3.4 or something. You’re probably in kid.

What app after Common app? The supplement? It’s on there…

There’s no out of state student cap for transfers like there is for freshman applicants. I would think it’s a lot easier to transfer in OOS than be admitted as a freshman. A 4.0 pre med GPA? I think you have a really strong chance of being admitted. Good luck.

thanks for your input guys. is there an essay on the supplement? I have written about 2000 drafts for my other essay…
