<p>Sorry, but I would say the chances are not good, because transfer admit rate for out-of-state colleges is extremely low. You can always try though. Good luck!</p>
<p>Actually, they UC system is planning on admitting more out of state students who will pay full out of state tuition. So if you are not a CA resident you may have a good chance this year. Nice window. Do you want to pay out of state tuition?</p>
<p>True that, but it’s catered more towards freshman applicants. Transfer admissions wouldn’t be affected as much. </p>
