Chances of acceptance, if you'll indulge me.

GPA: 3.4 Weighted. (Top 15% of class)
SAT: 2050 Total, 1380 Verbal/Math, 710 Reading, 670 Math, 670 Writing.
Extracurricular Activities: 1 Year XC, 3 Years Indoor(Winter) Track, 3 Years Outdoor(Spring) Track.
3 AP and 10 Honors Classes. I was told rigor of course selection is important.
Reccomendations: 2 Teacher, one from Honors US History II/AP Government & Politics teacher, another from Honors Spanish III/AP Spanish Language teacher. A strong reccomendation from XC coach discussing leadership qualities, and a decent guidance counselor reccomendation.
One thing that I think may set me apart from other applicant is the fact that I grew up living on a farm. It's a unique life experience and isn't that something that colleges look for, diversity? I'm not sure if it will help but any thoughts on the matter will be appreciated.

What are my chances of acceptance? Poor? Fair? Good? Any and all comments are appreciated.

Very good, I don’t see why you wouldn’t get in. Farm essay is fine.
