chances of acceptance?

I'm currently a junior in high school.
I get As and B+s on average, but last year I got a D as a final grade in one of my accelerated classes and it brought down my GPA. That is the only "flaw" on my entire transcript, though. I've never gotten anything else lower than a B.

Weighted: 3.5
Unweighted: 3.3

By the end of this year, if my grades continue the same way they've been going, I'll have...
Unweighted: 3.6
Weighted:3.8

SAT Scores
CR:600
Math:560
Writing:670

I took all Honors classes Freshman and Sophomore year, 1 honors and 2 APs Junior year, and will have a full course load senior year, 2 of which are AP and one of which is honors.

Extracurriculars:
--I've volunteered at my church for the past 4 summers for their summer camp. (about 15 hours per week for 3-5 weeks)
--I've actively been in a Volunteer club at my school for my freshman and junior years, will be continuing next year, and hope to be appointed as an officer of the club. Through this club, I've volunteered at numerous places and events: soup kitchens, 5K runs, food drives, clothing drives, thrift stores, etc. I probably couldn't count the number of hours if I tried.
--I babysit an average of 6-8 hours 50 weeks out of the year. I've been doing that since I was 12.
--I've been part of a new Environmental Club in my school that just started this school year and plan to be in it next year.
--I've been a part of the Relay for Life events for my freshman and junior years (raising money for The American Cancer Society) and will be doing it again next year.
-- I started my own website and interviewed and reported on teen news. (would I consider myself the webmaster? Should I even include that? It was fairly popular...)

Please let me know about your experience/what my chances may be.
Thank you!

Your GPA is kinda low right but if you get it up to where you say you will, it should be fine. What is your class rank/percentile? Your SAT scores are also on the low end. Can you take it again? If you do focus on math and CR as tcnj doesn’t really look at the writing score, which is unfortunate in your case. Aim for a 1300+ on those 2 sections. Your ECs are pretty good. Include anything that you’ve spent a decent amount of time on. Also do know what you plan to major in? Some are more competitive than others.
