Chances of Admission for OOS Student?

Hello! I am a Peruvian student currently living in Florida (as a legal resident with social security number) who will apply to Georgia Tech. Could you please tell me what you believe my chances of admission to be? Thank you in advance! ^_^

GPA: 3.579 unweighted and 4.779 weighted
Class Rank: Top 5%

AP Tests:

European History: 4
Psychology: 4
U.S. History: 4
English Language: 4
Calculus AB: Plan on Taking
English Literature: Plan on Taking
Human Geography: Plan on Taking
Physics C: Plan on Taking
Macroeconomics: Plan on Taking
U.S. Government & Politics: Plan on Taking

SAT I (Taken In October):

Math: 700
Critical Reading: 730
Writing: 750

SAT II (Taken On Vacation Between 11th & 12th Grade):

Mathematics Level 1: 720
U.S. History: 690
Literature: 710

Extracurricular Activities:
-Currently in Chess Club as an officer, Parliamentarian. Basically, my job is to yell really loud at the club in case there is an announcement all of them need to hear.
-Was Judo for several months (in a rather on and off basis), earning a yellow belt. Plan to return if transportation is available.
-Was in MAO (Mu Alpha Theta - The Math National Honor Society) for a year. Due to problems involving teacher strikes, a website that never was updated, and lack of transportation I only accumulated 1 hour of tutoring and therefore did not show up to induction. The deadline for this year has probably passed.
-Was in Spectrum (The GSA: Gay-Straight Allaince) for a year, although attendance dropped off near the end of the year due to transportation. Plan to rejoin this year, when it begins on Monday.
-Had a story published in INK, my school's literary magazine (on the plus/minus side, it was a story featuring a former English teacher in hell torturing kids with her research paper. I have avoided said teacher ever since).

Community Service:
10 hours (doubled from 5 because the person was nice). 3 of them were spent playing my DS saving a seat for someone at a fashion show intended to raise money for the Make a Wish foundation, while two of them were spent helping the event organizers carry around stuff.

dude you are in..guaranteed man. Congrads on ur hard work.

I would not say guaranteed. His school has put a lot of extra weight on APs if his unweighted is a 3.5 and he has that kind of a weighted score. Admissions will definitely see the grade inflation and he is just above competitive for in state unweighted. Your SATs are good, but your GPA could be considered a bit low for admission since you are out of state. I'd say it is a match school. No guarantees, but an iffy match. Community service to be honest is pathetic to the point it most likely will have no bearing. If you are trying to mention how you do community service to a college, they need to see a lot more hours then 10. Extracurriculars are a bit low. Your other extracurricular activities all seem to be made of of small chunks, what about the first half of your high school career?

I am afraid I have nothing to show for the first half of my high school career (except that being the time I earned the 10 hour community service). The whole idea of extra curricular activities was new to me when I began high school, and I was a little apprehensive of the time my first Honors classes (9th grade) and my first AP class (10th grade, which, ironically, took less time than any other class due to there being no homework other than the reading, which I didn't do while still making A's in the class) were going to take, so I didn't do any. Probably a bad decision now that I look back on it...

Oh, I forgot to mention I am also a member of the Video Game club, if it helps. We basically get together twice a week (although I can only go once because of time conflicts with Chess Club) and pay 3 dollars so that we can enter either a Super Smash Bros. Meele or Halo tournament in Dr. Buncher's projector/TV. And we get popcorn.

With GPA: 3.579 and Math: 700- Critical Reading: 730- Writing: 750 and OOS is 20% + .
You have very Good Chance.
