Chances of Admission into these MBA programs

Hello everyone, I am a new member who wanted to gain some feedback on my chances of being admitted into a solid MBA program. I do want to go back to school sometime in the next 2-3 yrs for a MBA.

I graduated from Penn State Smeal College of Business with B.S in Business Management 2007 and my secondary concentration was in Finance. My cum graduating GPA was 3.43, which is pretty good. I was involved in Investment Association while attending Penn State. I have been currently employed by PNC in a Corporate Actions capacity within back office. I am much more interested in breaking into the Investment Research area but it is hard to land this type job right out of undergrad. I also would not mind getting into those Career Development Programs, which the large reputable companies such as Verizon, GE, and Lockheed sponsor.

But here is the problem. I am a lousy standarized test taker. I didn't do very well on SAT in high school. I believe I have mild ADD and its hard for me to sit for a long period of time answering question after question. However, as evident by my academic background, I am able to succeed in a solid undergrad business school like Smeal. Once I gain acceptance into an academic program, I do fine when I attend every class and do the coursework throughout the semester.

With a undergrad gpa of 3.43 from Smeal and lets say about 3 yrs of back office investment experience, what score do you believe I will need to get on the GMAT to get admitted to the following programs?

Villanova
Penn State
Temple
Pittsburgh
Drexel
UVA
Univ of Texas
UNC

I would be very happy/content to get into any of the Pennsylvania schools because I am PA resident, so it would cheaper. However, if I did attend out of state, I was interested in UVA, Texas, or UNC.

Thanks for the input

does anyone have any feedback for me?
