Chances of Admission Into UCI, UCSB, or UCSD?

Freshman year: Don't remember my exact grades, but I know it was mostly A's except for a C in English Acc and Geometry, which caused me to drop out of English Acc second semester. Second semester I believe I got all A's besides a B in Geometry, and a C in regular English. So, I kinda screwed up

Sophomore year (now, got my act back together):

1st Semester: Chemistry: A
English II: A
World History: A
Spanish II: A
Alg II/Trig: B

2nd semester (of course not over yet): Chemistry: A
English II: A
World History: A
Spanish II: A
Alg II/Trig: A
I believe UC's don't take into account Freshman GPAs, so I'm hovering around a 3.9 currently.

Junior Year: I plan on taking Precalculous, English III, AP Physics B, APUSH, Spanish III, and Video Production for my VPA

Senior Year: Not entirely sure yet, but will include a few AP's and things.

Extracurriculars: Unfortunately, I don't have much, but I was voted secretary for our local Venturing Crew (kind of like Boy Scouts but older), have helped plan several community service events, and a backpacking trip to Mount. Whitney, as well as helping recruit about 20 teens into the orginization. And that's pretty much it, so Junior year I'm hoping I can figure out something else to do.

I plan on getting over 2000 on my SAT (and doing a very long Summer course to help) and I don't know too much about the ACT. I am in state which is a plus. I think that about sums it up. If I don't get in, which is likely to happen, I'm guessing, then I'll just take the 2 years at community college and work my ass off! Please tell me if I forgot anything.

Thanks a lot!

It is too early to give you any realistic chances for those schools. Strive for a 4.0+ GPA, an SAT of 2100+ and work on your EC’s. There are a lot of other schools besides the three UC’s you have listed that would be good matches for you so do not limit yourself. Go on campus tours and check out many other options out there.
Good Luck
