Thanks for your time and input...it's a long post. =)

yeah well that's pretty much the one. i saw that you posted this for Yale and so on - if i were you i'd consider some of Duke's special honors programs. they pull kids from harvard and yale all the time because you pretty much get treated like royalty. i dunno if you'd be a strong enough applicant but i would assume so. at any rate, your chances of general admission seem like they are really good. congrats - no matter what, you are going to go to an awesome school!!

yeh i would assume your chances are great if you keep on track. solid in nearly all areas. Definitely glad your a junior though and wont be competing with me for a spot in the class of '13 (you'd deff come out on top ha).

I feel this is a little unnecessary... but otherwise very nice.

You're definitely on track for Duke. Good luck! Our S was accepted with similar stats and identified as one of their top applicants. Save your money it's very pricey.

...and you can start saving your money is by not paying ACT $30+ a second time around. There's no difference between a 35 and 36 in the eyes of Admissions.

I'm not retaking the ACT as a choice, our school requires that you take it as a junior as part of the MME exam for graduation. Thanks for your input though =)

That's a little harsh. Good luck with the 36; at least there will be less pressure this time.
