Chances of Admission to Newark Campus ??

<p>Hey there i know there is many threads like this one but im pretty nervous when it comes to getting accepted to rutgers newark for marketing for Spring 2013. Im currently attending bergen community college and would love to know what are my chances of getting in.</p>

<p>Here is what im working with</p>

<p>High school GPA
3.1
Bergen community College GPA
3.04</p>

<p>I didnt submit my SAT scores since it wasnt nesscaery since i already had more then 12+ credits. </p>

<p>i wrote a pretty *****in' essay as well it stated that the essay wasnt required but just to be safe i wrote one anyway. </p>

<p>The tricky problem is they said the deadline to apply was OCT 1st but they will still accept applications after deadline day within about 2 weeks after.
I applied oct 9th then submitted my SRAR today Oct 11th .
( i thought i had to mail transcripts but later found out i can input them online for rutgers)
I also applied for the new brunswick and camden campus as well as the Newark one .</p>

<p>Also what are the average time it takes to getting accepted after applying ?</p>

<p>Even though the deadline has passed, they can still accept students if they have spots left. Their admission is rolling and I know some people who got in after the deadline has passed so I would apply if I were you. You stats are not too bad so I think you should take a chance and submit your application. Please let us know how it goes so future students can benefit from your experience. Good luck!!</p>

<p>I was accepted with a 3.1 and a much lower HS GPA. I also went to BCC.</p>

<p>I applied October 1st and got an answer from Newark the 12th. I’m still waiting on New Brunswick.</p>
