<p>Please tell me if I am reapplying, how will it affect my chances? I failed all my tests last year, and naturally did not get in where I wanted to:(, so I am reapplying this year. And, please tell me this, if I am submitting a quite different application this year will the admissions people still look at my previous application?</p>
<p>I am applying to Darmouth ED, Princeton, Yale and some other places.</p>

<p>Conventional wisdom is that it will be easier to get into schools you didn’t apply to last year. What happened in 1 year that will drastically change your picture? Are you being factual when you say “failed” exams?</p>
<p>YES. I decided to apply very late and had too little time to write my essays , put together a nice application , not speaking about the SATs. I know my picture was awful last year, but if I send in a quite different appl. this year, will they still consider that damned application I sent last year? ;(</p>
