105 Volunteer Hours at a Hospital and 20 volunteer hours at Library
Tutor Students at Kumon as part of an after school job

Investment Club
Leadership Retreat - helped incoming freshman adjust to life in HS
Raised money and participated in a Heart Walk in Boston</p>

Im not likely to receive financial aid </p>

Im looking to do math or finance or economics in college
Im a strong writer and i have a good essay.</p>

<p>You’re a strong candidate, and the Crew should help, but those are tough schools (especially if you’re applying to Stern at NYU - the Arts & Sciences College would be a very solid match for you). Are you content with UMass as a safety? If you have the financial resources, you might want to add one or two more matches (e.g. Tulane, Fordham, American, et al).</p>

<p>You should do well because of your crew experience. The schools are very interested in having crew members on their campuses.</p>
